April 15, 2020We have been acquainted with this team for many years, but it had always been in the context of an occasional friendly hello on one of the Northwood walking trails, or our visit to one of their many hosted Open houses in Park Paseo. Only recently, we decided to relocate out-of-state, and to place our Irvine home of 26 years on the market. Our process to select an agent to represent us was a short one-our past connections with Murray and Amy had already convinced us that they were, by far, our best/only choice, for the task. Murray and Amy are highly experienced and knowledgeable in residential real estate, particularly in the Northwood Irvine area. During one of our first meetings, they provided us with comprehensive local RE market data and comps. In the past two years we've had four transactions with this team and we feel like they are miracle workers. We sold our Irvine home of thirty years and because of Murray's negotiating skills, we were able to buy the home of our dreams. We also had an investment property in San Clemente that was a family rental. When it became obvious that our family needed more room, we located a property that we thought would be a good purchase. We have had a long experience with them as they first guided us six years ago to buy a condo in Woodbridge, then 10 months ago to sell our main residence in the Park Paseo, and finally this month to sell the same condo. This time, the situation was a little different as we had already moved out of state and were a little worried on how we would make it work from far away. Well, Murray and Amy stepped up right away to the task and it took them only 10 days to prep the condo, install new carpet in bedrooms, set up staging, take professional pictures, create and print colorful brochures, list the condo on many sites, and present a pristine property during a 2-day open house. January 15, 2016 Dear Team,Gloria and I recently decided to sell our home of almost 30 years and move to a 55+ community. Dear Murray and Amy At our first meeting, Murray explained his philosophy as well as duties and responsibilities. He is totally versed in the legalities of such a large transaction and brought a wonderful sense of humor and empathy to the entire process. It is not often that we run out of superlatives to describe the work of a service provider. In this case, the work of Murray and Amy Falk have surpassed our expectations and have moved into the realm of the superb.
We recently decided to sell our home after residing there for twenty-five years. The Falks were very sensitive to the attachment to our home and guided us through every step of the process.
